The app With Me When has been developed specifically to assist individuals in finding inspiration, education, and encouragement throughout their recovery journey. Designed by a team of clinicians specializing in various eating disorders—including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, OSFED, and ARFID—the app also incorporates insights from those with personal experiences related to eating disorders. While With Me When serves as a valuable companion to formal treatment, it can also provide resources for anyone facing food or body-related challenges.

The app offers an array of features aimed at supporting users in maintaining their recovery, including:

The versatility of With Me When is enhanced by its customizable logs and the ability to “favorite” specific skills, allowing users to personalize their experience. For clients of the Emily Program, the app also facilitates the completion of client paperwork and appointment reminders directly through the platform.
